This year marks the 31st annual ArtSea Studio Tour, which allows art-lovers to explore studio spaces, gardens and local artists’ works throughout the Saanich Peninsula.
The self-guided tour will feature 44 talented artists across 33 unique studios, and will offer visitors a rare opportunity to step inside the creative spaces where art comes to life.
Individuals who want to take a peek behind the curtain of how art is made on the Saanich Peninsula will see the spaces where talented artists create paintings, sculptures, ceramics, textiles and more.
“Each studio offers an intimate setting where visitors can meet the artists, view their work in progress, enjoy live demonstrations, and engage in conversations about their techniques and inspiration,” reads a media release from ArtSea Studio.
“Whether you’re a collector, a curious browser, or an aspiring artist yourself, the tour provides a meaningful and memorable experience.”
This showcase offers more to art-lovers than just any art show—it acts as a celebration of the rich creative spirit that defines the region.
Individuals on the tour circuit can expect that as they journey from studio to studio, they will have the unique opportunity to discover the region’s natural beauty through the lens of an artist.
Printed brochures with maps and information are available at the ArtSea Gallery in Tulista Park, the Sidney Information Centre and other key locations across Greater Victoria and the Peninsula.
Additionally, an interactive online map is available at ArtSea Studio’s website.
