This week will bring a mix of sun and cloud and temperatures ranging from warm to cooler for the Greater Victoria region, with a chance of rain as well.
Following the long weekend, Tuesday, September 8th is expected to be the warmest day of the week with temperatures reaching around 21°C, according to Environment Canada. Conditions are expected to be sunny throughout the daytime with temperatures dropping to 12°C overnight.
On Wednesday, some light cloudiness will move into the capital region, but the day is still expected to be mostly sunny with a high of 20°C. Overnight the temperature will drop to 11°C.
By Thursday, more clouds are expected in the forecast, though there will still be some sun throughout the day. The high is predicted to be around 19°C while the low will be close to 12°C.
Environment Canada is calling for Friday’s forecast to be dominated by cloudy skies with little to no sun peeking through. The high is expected to be 17°C and the overnight low will drop to around 11°C with persisting cloudy conditions.
According to the forecast, this coming weekend will bring a bit of everything to Greater Victoria.
Saturday is expected to be the coolest day of the week with a high of just 16°C. As of this publication, Environment Canada is calling for a 60% chance of rain throughout the day and a low of 10°C.
On Sunday, the rain is expected to dissipate, and conditions are predicted to bring a mix of sun and cloud to the region. The forecasted high is 20°C.
