Rain, rain, go away, come back another day… Victorians want to get out in the sun and PLAY!
According to the latest Environment Canada weather update, Victoria is about to experience a significant heat-up this week.
While wind and rain are in the forecast for the next 24 hours, Wednesday is shaping up to be a day filled with sunshine and warmer temperatures, with highs reaching 17°C.
The remainder of the week promises clear skies and no signs of clouds, with highs climbing to 20°C on Thursday, 24°C on Friday, and Saturday hitting around 23°C. Sunday will see a slight dip in temperature, but sunshine remains in the forecast.
The clearing of the weather couldn’t come at a better time as events around Greater Victoria, including Change Makers Gathering Festival happening this Saturday and the Cook Street Village taking place on Sunday.
So whatever you choose to do this weekend, don’t forget sunscreen!
