At the tail end of Pride month, three suspects have been caught on camera defacing a crosswalk displaying a rainbow as a show of solidarity from the City of Langford.
West Shore RCMP are now seeking the identities of three suspects involved in two separate incidents of vandalism.
The crosswalk which has been impacted by these incidents of graffiti is located directly in front of Spencer Middle School located at 1026 Goldstream Avenue.
According to police, the graffiti incidents displayed profanity and are now being investigated as mischief under the Criminal Code.
Since it was vandalized, the crosswalk has been cleaned up by City of Langford staff.
Police say the first incident took place on Monday, June 24th, at around 2:30 a.m.
The suspect is described as having light skin color, wearing a dark colored hoodie with the hood on top of a baseball cap, dark colored pants, hiking style boots and carrying a beverage can in their left hand.

The second incident took place on Tuesday, June 25th at approximately 11 p.m.
Police seek the identities of two suspects in this incident. The first is described as being a light skin coloured male, with short hair, wearing brown shorts, a black t-shirt and dark colored baseball cap.
The second suspect is described as being light skin colored male, with long shoulder length hair, wearing a sleeveless tank top with large circular logo on chest, dark colored pants, a baseball cap and carrying a beverage can in their left hand.
