Are you ready for some good vibes and great music, Victoria?
SoberFest will return to Langford’s Starlight Stadium on Saturday, August 15th from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a star-studded line-up of Canadian legends, alongside some exciting up-and-coming local talent.
The one-day festival will feature Canadian icons Fefe Dobson, Moontricks, Snak the Ripper and Tyler Shaw as headliners, with Bif Naked performing a 60-minute festival finale beginning at 8:50 p.m. to cap off the night.
Local favourites PINDN, Caleb Hart and Friends, AIC-Facelift, Star Lord and Stax x Condor will be performing at the side stage throughout the day.
The festival will also feature an open-air market with a thoughtfully-curated roster of dozens of local vendors.
The annual event is a much-anticipated one, with a mission to offer those recovering from substance abuse the opportunity to enjoy live music from some of the greatest Canadian artists in the business.
Everyone is welcome to attend this feel-good musical showcase, as long as they respect the substance-free nature of the event.
Organizers say the festival centres around offering attendees a positive, uplifting atmosphere and welcoming environment.
To date, SoberFest Victoria has helped over 100 individuals find purpose in a sober lifestyle through the Rewired Recovery Foundation, and hopes to help many more in the coming years.
They raised over $300,000 for the foundation’s charitable programs and initiatives at the 2025 iteration of the festival.
Before the festival this year, there will be a comedy show fundraiser taking place at Elements Casino on Friday, August 14th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., with Elyott Ryan, Peter Hudson, Paola Berenas and Lindsay Dancer bringing the jokes, and Mark Smith serving as MC.
There will also be live music before the comedy begins.
