Here’s a list of cruise ships arriving in Greater Victoria this week

Cruise ship season is still going strong, and if you’re planning to head downtown this week, expect to see plenty of visitors exploring Victoria.

Between Monday, June 29th and Sunday, July 5th, 14 cruise ships are scheduled to arrive in Greater Victoria, bringing an estimated 43,489 passengers to the capital region.

On Wednesday, Canada Day, Victoria is expected to be especially busy around the Inner Harbour, with three cruise ships arriving throughout the day. 

The Brilliant Lady, Riviera and Carnival Miracle will bring more than 6,200 passengers to the city as thousands of locals and visitors gather for celebrations.

The busiest day of the week by passenger numbers will be Friday, when three ships carrying nearly 10,000 passengers are scheduled to arrive.

The largest ship visiting Victoria this week is Anthem of the Seas, which arrives Sunday carrying an estimated 4,919 passengers. At 1,139 feet long, it’s also the biggest vessel on this week’s schedule.

Since the 2026 cruise season began in April, Victoria has welcomed 131 scheduled cruise ship visits, helping bring hundreds of thousands of visitors to the region while providing a major boost to local shops, restaurants and attractions.

Monday, June 29th – one ship

  • Carnival Spirit — 2,124 passengers — arrives 8 p.m.

Tuesday, June 30th – one ship

  • Queen Elizabeth — 2,081 passengers — arrives 1 p.m.

Wednesday, July 1st (Canada Day) – three ships

  • Brilliant Lady — 2,770 passengers — arrives 8 a.m.
  • Riviera — 1,328 passengers — arrives 1 p.m.
  • Carnival Miracle — 2,124 passengers — arrives 8 p.m.

Thursday, July 2nd – two ships

  • Voyager of the Seas — 4,000 passengers — arrives 10 a.m.
  • Celebrity Edge — 2,918 passengers — arrives 5:30 p.m.

Friday, July 3rd – three ships

  • Eurodam — 2,104 passengers — arrives 8 p.m.
  • Royal Princess — 3,560 passengers — arrives 8:15 p.m.
  • Norwegian Bliss (technical call) — 4,250 passengers — arrives 11 p.m.

Saturday, July 4th – two ships

  • Star Princess — 4,300 passengers — arrives 7 p.m.
  • Norwegian Encore — 3,998 passengers — arrives 8 p.m.

Sunday, July 5th – two ships

  • Anthem of the Seas — 4,919 passengers — arrives 5 p.m.
  • MSC Poesia — 3,013 passengers — arrives 7 p.m.
