Y’all ready for this?
The Royal BC Museum (RBCM) will be saying “hit me baby one more time” this September for another installment of their After Hours sessions.
The museum’s After Hours sessions are 19+ events that allow visitors to explore the museum past its typical hours, complete with themed set-ups, live music and more.
Previous events this year have featured a Pride Night in April and an Ancient Egypt Night in August.
On Friday, September 25th, the museum will be hosting After Hours: 90s Night, during which attendees will be able don their best neon and get down to some tubular tunes of the 90s while geeking out with experts.
From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., visitors to the museum will be able to explore the Human History gallery on the third floor, enjoy live music from DJ Boitano and check out interactive pop-up stations designed around the 90s theme.
There will also be food and drink available at the event, courtesy of Truffles Catering.
Tickets are $42 each and can be purchased here. Those with a membership to the museum can enjoy 10% of the ticket price.
Get those JNCO jeans and hair scrunchies out of retirement, it’s time to party like it’s 1999 at the Royal BC Museum’s After Hours: 90s Night!
