Victoria’s cruise season continues at full speed this week with 13 cruise ship visits scheduled between June 8th and June 14th.
According to the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority schedule, the vessels are expected to bring an estimated 43,274 passengers to the capital region over the next seven days.
The arrivals include several of the largest ships visiting Victoria this season, including Anthem of the Seas, Star Princess and Norwegian Bliss.
The busiest day of the week is expected to be Friday when nearly 10,000 passengers arrive aboard three separate vessels.
Monday will see the arrival of Carnival Spirit at 8 p.m. with an estimated 2,124 passengers on board.
On Tuesday, Norwegian Joy is scheduled to arrive at 1 p.m. carrying an estimated 3,883 passengers.
Wednesday brings two vessels to Victoria, the Queen Elizabeth is expected from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. with approximately 2,081 passengers, while Carnival Miracle arrives at 8 p.m. carrying an estimated 2,124 passengers.
Thursday will be one of the busier days of the week. Voyager of the Seas is scheduled to dock from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. with an estimated 4,000 passengers. Later in the day, Celebrity Edge arrives at 5:30 p.m. with approximately 2,918 passengers on board.
Friday features three ship visits. Eurodam arrives at 8 p.m. carrying an estimated 2,104 passengers. Royal Princess follows at 8:15 p.m. with approximately 3,560 passengers. Later that evening, Norwegian Bliss is scheduled for a technical call at 11 p.m. with an estimated 4,250 passengers.
Saturday’s schedule includes two major vessels. Star Princess arrives at 7 p.m. carrying an estimated 4,300 passengers, while Norwegian Encore follows at 8 p.m. with approximately 3,998 passengers.
The week wraps up Sunday with Anthem of the Seas arriving from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. carrying an estimated 4,919 passengers. MSC Poesia is then scheduled to arrive at 7 p.m. with approximately 3,013 passengers.
The latest arrivals continue what has already been a busy start to Victoria’s 2026 cruise season.
Since the first ship arrived in April, Victoria has welcomed approximately 90 cruise ship visits and an estimated 259,374 passengers through June 7th. The 2026 schedule currently calls for 336 cruise ship arrivals before the season concludes in October.
While the week begins with some unsettled weather, conditions are expected to improve as the week progresses. Environment Canada is forecasting sunshine and temperatures climbing into the mid-to-high 20s by the weekend.
