VicPD seek help locating missing 41-year-old man who may have left Vancouver Island

VicPD are asking for the public’s help to locate 41-year-old Clement, who may have left Victoria for the mainland or Nanaimo. 

Clement was last seen on Sunday, April 26th at 4:51 a.m., when he left his residence in the 100 block of Gorge Road East.

He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, dark blue puffy vest, grey long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black runners, a black backpack and a lanyard with what may be an ID holder at the end. 

Police describe Clement as an Indigenous man with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5’5” tall. 

According to VicPD, Clement may have left Victoria and either taken a ferry to the mainland or travelled up‑island to Nanaimo and taken a ferry from there.
