Drag Bingo at Vicious Poodle

The Vicious Poodle is well known across the city and is said to host some of the most interactive and enjoyable gay bar experiences!

They have plenty of events throughout the week, including their loved Drag Bingo taking place every Wednesday.

Grab your pals and make sure you grab a table as soon as you can—spots fill up fast!

Out of Sight, Out of Murder

St. Luke’s Church Hall is hosting a live murder mystery performance titled, Out of Sight, Out of Murder.

The story follows Peter Knight as he’s writing a murder story in an old mansion, and suddenly, a strange electrical storm seems to bring his characters to life.

Tickets are $20.50 and can be purchased via Eventbrite.

60th Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition

The Royal BC Museum is once again rolling out the red carpet for one of the world’s most celebrated photography exhibitions: Wildlife Photographer of the Year.

The exhibit kicked off on February 14th and runs until April 27th, showcasing over 100 breathtaking new images—each one a testament to the awe-inspiring beauty of the natural world.

Highlighted amongst the collection includes “The Swarm of Life” by Vancouver Island’s own Shane Gross, this year’s Adult Grand Title Winner.

Axe and Grind

Need to let off some steam or are just looking for something fun and different?

Axe and Grind is where you’re actually encouraged to throw things and put a little aggression into it, so you can have fun and release the tensions from a difficult day.

Staff are there to guide you through technique and perhaps teach you a trickshot or two as well!

They offer knife throwing as well as axe throwing—customize your experience and have a blast. Check out their website for all of the different offerings and rates.

Monthly Queer Open Stage

If you’re an LGBTQ+ performer and have been looking for a safe space to showcase your talent, find community, and network with other queer artists, look no further!

The Queer Open Stage Community is hosting another monthly performance this Wednesday, featuring music, drag, poetry, dance, comedy and magic.

March’s featured performer is vocalist Kady Savard, and if you wish to perform in the show as well, sign-up is at 6:30 p.m.
