Sidney’s Treat Street

Residents and visitors of Sidney alike, you won’t want to miss this candy extravaganza!

Popular in the community for a reason, downtown Sidney closes to traffic for the evening so all the ghosts, goblins and princesses get to enjoy trick-or-treating with family.

Pop around to all of the different businesses and treat stations this Halloween!

Westshore Town Centre

The Westshore Town Centre is inviting everyone over for a fa-boo-lous time this Halloween!

Costumed children are invited to trick-or-treat at all of the participating retailers from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., while supplies last.

If you’re in need of a break from the candy hunt, you can enjoy a complimentary goblet of Witches Brew at Bubble Bus (one per person).

Don’t forget to swing over to their pumpkin patch near Dollarama to vote on your favourite jack-o-lantern, carved by retailers at Westshore Town Centre!

‘Spooky Speakeasy’ at Hermann’s Jazz Club

Join the crew at Hermann’s Jazz Club for their ‘Spooky Speakeasy’ with Shanna Dance!

There will be a costume contest, so dress to impress and have fun with the band as they play tunes focused on the titillating All Hallows Eve.

Tickets are $20.

A Freaky Funky Halloween

Capital Ballroom invites everyone downtown to enjoy A Freaky Funky Halloween—presented by band, Astrocolor!

This band won Instrumental Artist of the Year at the 2022 Western Canadian Music Awards, and are known to blend elements of jazz, psychedelia, and electronica, resulting in an experimental genre of their own cosmic invention, aptly dubbed “AstroJazz.”

If you recognize them, perhaps you watched them at notable festivals including Bass Coast, Burning Man, Shambhala, Rifflandia, Laketown Shakedown, and the Victoria International Jazz Festival!

Tickets are $40.50 and can be purchased here.

Halloween at the Moon

Moon Under Water Brewpub invites everyone out this Thursday to enjoy a scary fun time!

They’ll have live music from local band Dysaynia, costume contests, and plenty of delicious brews and cocktails to enjoy.

Don’t forget about their incredible shaft flights! They’ll have special Halloween features, including Peanut Butter Cup, Pumpkin Pie, Candy Corn and Mars Bar.
