Experience the full force of an 18-piece jazz orchestra as the Island Big Band brings big band tradition to life with a thrilling mix of timeless classics, fresh arrangements, and innovative modern works for jazz ensemble.
From swinging standards to contemporary sounds, this performance promises something for every jazz lover.
Adding to the magic, enjoy the stunning vocals of Stephanie Greaves, whose voice brings elegance and soul to every note, alongside the charm and wit of musical comedy host Camil Bouchard, keeping the evening lively, engaging and full of surprises.

SṈIDȻEȽ Resiliency Project at Tod Inlet Trailhead
Join HAT and PEPÁḴEṈ HÁUTW̱ for a day of ecological restoration supporting the SṈIDȻEȽ Resiliency Project this World Ocean Day!
SṈIDȻEȽ is an important place to the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. SṈIDȻEȽ means “Place of the Blue Grouse” in SENĆOŦEN and is the first W̱SÁNEĆ village site.
The PEPÁḴEṈ HÁUTW̱ team will guide volunteers through the restoration process, while following W̱SÁNEĆ protocol.
Training, tools and snacks will be provided. Organizers ask attendees to bring plenty of water and dress for the weather!

Sea Otters at IMAX Victoria

Head down to the Fernwood Inn for Benji’s famous pub quiz!
Enjoy good laughs, good tunes, average pens and brand new Inky Dinky’s!
Tickets are $14 per person and sold online in tables of four, five, six or eight. They can be purchased here.
Groups of eight or more are asked to email the Fernwood Inn ahead of time with their ticket names so everyone can be seated together.
