Jeremy Hotz Standup Tour

Jeremy Hotz and McPherson Playhouse invites you to join Hotz and his renowned dog, Shack!

They’re currently on their journey across North America as they celebrate the milestone of his 10th national tour titled “Très Misérables!”

In case you’re unfamiliar, Hotz is a Canadian-born comedian, is widely regarded as one of the most unique and talented stand-up comics in the industry today.

As described, he’s known for his completely original and confused, yet very astute, observational comedy!

Ticket prices vary by seat selection, but they start at $48.

Victoria Royals: Lunar New Year Celebration

Not only will you be catching some epic local hockey, you’ll also get the chance to take part in one of the many Lunar New Year Celebrations happening in Victoria!

The WHL Victoria Royals team encourages everyone to attend, where guests will witness lion dancers, local artists and more as they play the Kamloops Blazers.

Plus, early fans will receive a lucky red envelope with the chance to win a suit at a future game or other prizes.

The players will be wearing their custom Lunar New Year jerseys with exceptional Year of the Snake designs, and those are available for auction online.

Friday Night Skate

Head over to G R Pearkes Recreation Center for a Friday night skate!

Guests are welcome to come dance, jam, shuffle or just skate around. Rentals are available J10 to M13.

There are private lessons available too if you’re looking for some pointers.

Improv Comedy Night at The Mint

OK, DOPE is pumped to present audiences with another Improv Comedy night featuring Entertainment Village at The Mint!

They’ll be bringing some of the best comedy improv Victoria has to offer, so grab your pals and catch some laughs with fellow comedy lovers.

Plus, there will be exclusive happy hour deals featuring discounted Phillips beverages and group discounts.

Entertainment Village is Victoria’s longest running improv show and includes improvisers Alex Forman, Andrew Brimstone, Morgan Cranny, and Ryan Steele!

Tickets are between $15 and $20 and can be purchased here.

Clive’s Classic Lounge

Clive’s is one of the most awarded cocktail bars in Canada, so if you’re looking for a hotspot for a Friday night drink, this is it!

Choose from their unique, crafty selection of drinks, including cocktails, wine, mocktails and beer. If you’re feeling peckish, they have a wonderful food menu too.

BONUS: Live Local Music at Fort Tectoria

If you’re looking for a night of live music with local bands, Fort Tectoria is hosting three this Friday!

Featuring musicians Charis Tazumi, Waters (formerly Hopecity Waters) and sunshower, it’s bound to be an excellent assortment of local talent.

Drinks and pizza slices will be available for purchase. Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door.
