If you’re hoping to catch a fireworks show this Canada Day, you’ll want to plan ahead because there are surprisingly few public displays taking place across Vancouver Island this year.
While dozens of communities are hosting Canada Day celebrations with parades, live music and family activities, only a handful are ending the festivities with fireworks.
If you’re planning to watch the fireworks this year, expect the Victoria and Sidney shows to draw large crowds. Arriving early is recommended to secure a good viewing spot!
Here’s where you can catch them.
