Here’s how London Drugs is helping Victoria seniors this holiday season

Share

This holiday season, Victorian’s can help fight the senior loneliness epidemic with London Drugs’ annual “Stuffers for Seniors” fundraiser.

From November 12th and December 8th, Victoria customers can visit London Drugs stores on Yates Street, Quadra Street, or Tillicum Road to participate in this heartwarming initiative and bring some joy into a senior’s life.

Inside each participating London Drugs store, you’ll find Christmas trees decorated with gift tags, each featuring wish lists from seniors in your community.

Simply pick a gift tag, shop thoughtfully, and bring your new, non-gift-wrapped item back to the store by December 8th.

“Seniors in Western Canada are dealing with rising costs of living, and for some, the addition of experiencing loneliness or social isolation,” said Clint Mahlman, president and COO of London Drugs.

“With Stocking Stuffers for Seniors, our goal is to continue reaching those in need.”

Since its launch in 2015, London Drugs has delivered over 97,000 gifts to seniors, ensuring no one is forgotten.

Whether it’s a festive treat, a cozy scarf, or a fun puzzle, it doesn’t take much to make a difference in someone’s life.

Plus, LDExtras members receive additional LDExtras points per gift donated this year.

Don’t miss the chance to make a senior’s holiday unforgettable–visit any Victoria London Drugs and give back this season!
