Get ready for a hot, sunny weekend, Victoria!

According to Environment Canada’s latest forecast, the city can expect nothing but sun over the weekend and through next week.

Beginning Friday, July 4th, those attending Phillips Backyard, or folks who plan on spending some time outside, can look forward to a day of sun, with a high temperature of around 22°C.

Then on Saturday, the temperature is expected to dip a bit, with the high being 20°C, but still not a cloud in the sky.

On Sunday, as Phillips Backyard closes until August’s events, the high is forecasted to jump back up to 23°C and will remain sunny.

To start off next week, Environment Canada is calling for Monday’s high to heat up to 25°C, with Tuesday peaking the week’s forecast at a scorching 27°C.

Wednesday’s high is expected to be around 25°C.

From Friday, through to next Wednesday, overnight lows are expected to be between 12°C and 14°C.
