Good news, travellers!
Seattle-based airline Kenmore Air, in partnership with Puyallup Tribe of Indians, has added a new seasonal service between Victoria’s Inner Harbour and Tacoma’s Ruston Way in Washington.
The service will run from May 15th to September 15th, offering a scenic and speedy flight so travellers can dodge the hassle of long drives and/or ferry rides.
The daily flight departs Tacoma at 2:45 p.m. and lasts around one hour, landing at Friday Harbor Marina.
After a quick 30-minute stopover, the plane continues for a brief 20-minute hop to Victoria’s Inner Harbour, with a total flight time of just 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Upon arrival, passengers will be steps away from our city’s vibrant downtown, bustling waterfront, top-rated hotels, great restaurants, and shops.
Similarly, the daily flight departs Victoria at 10:10 a.m. and stops at Friday Harbour Marina before continuing on to its final destination, Tacoma’s Ruston Way—taking around 1 hour and 50 minutes.
One-way fares start at $199 per person.

The Puyallup Tribal Council expressed excitement about the partnership and the service extension, emphasizing the tribe’s growing influence on the international stage.
“The Puyallup Tribe is growing on the international stage,” Tribal Council said.
“This extension of Kenmore Air’s seaplane service reflects our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, efficient, and scenic travel options that connect our residents with the wider Pacific Northwest region and beyond.”
Matt Wadhwani, CEO of Puyallup Tribal Enterprises, also spoke highly of the collaboration, noting its impact on the tribe’s economic growth.
“When we partner with the right people, we make great things happen. Kenmore has been a terrific partner from the start,” he said.
“Two years ago, we said we intended to go global, and here we are.”
