Victoria Royals vs. Everett Silvertips

Bring your family and friends, grab yourself a beverage or two and a bite to eat and get ready to cheer on your local WHL hockey team, the Victoria Royals, as they play the Brandon Wheat Kings!

The team remains undefeated in 2025, riding a six-game winning streak. Wednesday’s game gives fans a shot at winning big with a $10,000 shoot-to-win contest during the second intermission, sponsored by Western Coast Insurance.

Ticket prices vary by seat selection and they can be purchased online.

January Social Walk

Looking to socialize while you walk your dog?

ElderDog Victoria is hosting a January Social Walk, starting at Ross Bay Beach and making their way to Dallas Road.

No payment required, just bring you and your doggo pal!

  • When: Wednesday, January 15th at 4 p.m.

Comedy Night at The Mint

Who’s ready for a night of belly laughs?!

Nothing says ‘hump day’ like some Wednesday night comedy, and the Mint is where it’s at.

Make sure you grab your tickets before they’re gone—they’re $15 and can be purchased here!

 LEGO Exhibit at the Sidney Museum

The Sidney Museum has officially welcomed back their famous LEGO exhibit for its 19th year, running from December 20th to March 30th, 2025.

Not only will they return with their usual creative and innovative LEGO splendour, but they’ll be introducing a new feature this year too!

Get ready for the launch of the “Community Creations” display, which includes the LEGO creations of different community members.

Admission to this marvelous exhibit is by donation!

  • Where: Sidney Museum, 2423 Beacon Avenue in the lower level of the Old Post Office building
  • When: Runs from December 20th to March 30th, 2025—open during museum hours

Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park 

Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park is a family fun place with plenty of activities and attractions for all ages! They have child friendly areas, and safety is their top priority!

They have trampolines, climbing walls, a cafe, and consider themselves the premiere entertainment destination!

Cost depends on duration of time you’d like to jump, but 60 minutes is priced at $25.
