A variety of drugs were seized by West Shore RCMP earlier this month after a search warrant was executed at residence.
On October 11th, police and other emergency personnel executed a search warrant on an alleged drug trafficking residence in Langford, where drugs, weapons and cash were seized.
According to West Shore RCMP, their bike patrol unit conducted the investigation into the alleged drug trafficking at the residence.
Investigators located the following:
- 583 grams of suspected cocaine
- 95 grams of suspected fentanyl
- 111 grams of suspected methamphetamine
- 29 grams of suspected ketamine
- 13 grams of suspected MDMA
- 2 grams of suspected benzodiazepines
- 150 pills of suspected hydromorphone
- 50 pills of suspected methadone
- Drug trafficking and packaging materials like buffering agents, weigh scales, small bags etc
- Just over $1500 cash
Additionally, police seized three conducted energy weapons (commonly known as tasers) along with numerous cartridges, and a pair of nun-chucks—both of which are prohibited weapons in Canada.
The investigation is ongoing, and West Shore RCMP said they would be forwarding a detailed report to Crown Counsel for consideration of criminal charges.
