Big Gay Dog Walk
New year, new location!
Traditionally held along Dallas Road, this year’s beloved Big Gay Dog Walk will be held at Banfield Park on Wednesday evening.
As usual, there will be a dog costume contest and a dog trick competition before the walk along the Gorge Waterway!
Food trucks and vendors will be set up for your pet’s needs, and there will also be a special memorial area where you can commemorate all of your departed pets.

Yoga in the Park
Join the Panorama Recreation Centre for free yoga in Tulista Park every Wednesday!
It kicks off on July 3rd and runs until August 29th, and is aimed to mix breathing awareness and traditional yoga poses.
All skill levels are welcome, and children under 12-years-old require guardian supervision. Make sure to bring your own mat!

Play in the Park
All throughout July and August, the Panorama Recreation Centre is also offering free summer fun that includes interactive play, group games and more in Tulista Park!
Join the crew at the Centre and enjoy an evening of fantastic group activities that everyone can get involved in.
Play in the Park requires guardian supervision.

Oaklands Sunset Market
The community of Oak Bay is thrilled to invite everyone back for another year of Oaklands Sunset Market!
It’s set to occur every Wednesday night at the Oaklands Community Centre, where you’ll find over 50 local food and artisan vendors, live music and more.
No better way to spend a summer evening!
