Celebrate Philippine culture in Victoria with fellow community members!
Are you ready for a day full of dancing and singing, children’s activities, exhibits displaying traditional Filipino culture, and, of course tons of delicious Filipino food?
This weekend, from Saturday, June 8th to Sunday, June 9th, the Victoria Filipino-Canadian Association is hosting a Mabuhay! event in Centennial Square.
This annual celebration showcases the arts, history, cuisine, and more that goes into this vibrant culture.
Take your family and friends downtown and immerse yourself in the traditions of the Filipino-Canadians and experience their warmth firsthand!
Highlights for Saturday and Sunday’s festivities include a fashion show, Sampaguita dancers, multiple live musical performances across a variety of genres, Zumba and more.
