Happy Tuesday, Victoria!
For this week, we’re highlighting some lovely repeating activities in the city, including Maude Hunter’s Trivia, karaoke at Vicious Poodle, and the Bug Zoo.
Don’t forget about the Wildlife Photographer of the year exhibit that’s at the museum for another month!
For all of this and more, here’s 5 things to do in and around Victoria on Tuesday, May 7th:
Book Talk at Bolen Books
Join the crew at Bolen Books for a funny, deep, and insightful journey to the edge of the universe and back!

Take Yourself on a Bug Zoo Adventure
Described as a hands-on experience you’ll never forget, the Victoria Bug Zoo offers a close-up look at some of the most wonderful (and often horrifying) creatures in the world!
Marvel over the blending abilities of certain insects, gawk at the hairy legs of tarantulas, and admire the strength of ants.
You may even get the opportunity to hold something, if you dare!
Admission varies depending on age—$16 for adults, $8 for children aged 5 to 17, and free for 4 and under.

Bring your team and get ready to crank out some wild facts, play along to win prizes, and treat yourself to some of Maude’s delicious beer-battered fries and beer on tap.
Trivia starts at 8 p.m. but make sure to come early — especially if you have a larger table, otherwise you’ll have to come back next week!
No fee to play.

- When: Tuesday, May 7th at 8 p.m.
