Check your Lotto Max tickets!
According to the BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), someone in BC is currently in possession of a winning lottery ticket valued at a staggering $18 million, but they have yet to come forward.
The Lotto Max draw took place on Friday, February 23rd, and the winning numbers were 08, 16, 24, 28, 40, 41, 47, with a bonus number of 10.
The winning ticket was sold on PlayNow.com and was purchased in BC—no specific area was provided.
The odds of winning a Lotto Max jackpot are approximately 1 in 33 million. The largest lottery prize won in BC was a $70 million Lotto Max jackpot in September 2021.
BCLC states that lottery winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to claim their prize.
The next Lotto Max draw is scheduled for today, Tuesday, February 27th, with the top prize resetting to $10 million.
