An unexpected guest made its way over to Butchart Gardens to take a bath in one of their pools, offering a pleasant surprise to onlookers and staff.
The Japanese Garden within Butchart Gardens was host to this playful barred owl who relished in dipping its feathers and beak into the cool waters last Tuesday.
A video of the uncommon phenomenon was uploaded on Facebook and has garnered over 63,000 views as of the time of publication.
