Undead set to take over downtown Victoria during this weekend’s Zombie Walk

Share

Victoria’s undead are preparing to rise once again.

The Victoria Zombie Walk returns to downtown Victoria on Sunday, October 25th, inviting residents to break out the fake blood, torn clothing and their most convincing zombie makeup.

Participants will begin gathering at Centennial Square at 2 p.m., with the horde scheduled to start shuffling through downtown at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The annual walk has become one of Victoria’s most recognizable Halloween traditions, filling downtown streets with zombies, monsters and other horrifying characters.

People of all ages are welcome to dress up and join the procession, while spectators can watch from a safe distance… assuming the zombies haven’t developed a taste for bystanders.

Participants are reminded to keep the event fun and respectful. Leave realistic weapons and fireworks at home, avoid touching spectators or businesses with fake blood, and don’t interfere with traffic.

Whether you plan to join the undead or simply watch the apocalypse unfold, this year’s Zombie Walk promises another wonderfully weird afternoon in downtown Victoria.
