Victoria police traffic investigators are looking for the driver of a vehicle after a hit and run on Friday.
Police say just after 9:15 p.m. members of the traffic section were called to a single motor vehicle incident in the 2500-block of Shelbourne Street.
Witnesses observed a blue BMW travelling at a high speed begin to ‘fish tail’, striking a retaining wall.
The driver fled the scene before police arrived, heading northbound on Shelbourne Street.
The vehicle is described as an early 2000 model blue BMW two door Coupe.
Investigators believe that the vehicle suffered significant damage. Damage to the retaining wall is around $2,000.
