Talk about adorable!

On Sunday, April 15th, Victoria’s Eagle Wing Tours shared a photo of a baby orca or killer whale that was spotted by photographer Selena Rhodes while taking a whale watching tour off the coast of Vancouver Island.

He (or she) was introduced as the newest member of the T65A family, and is estimated to be less than a week old.

This newborn is only the sixth known T65A calf in the area. It will stay by mom’s side for at least the next two years.

A second baby whale (T49A5) who is only a few months old was also spotted hanging out by his/her mom’s side during the same tour.

Welcome to the world, little ones!
