Victoria police are looking to identify a man who allegedly assaulted a senior in Hillside Mall parking lot.
According to the Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers, the suspect had taken it upon himself to advise the victim that he was not allowed to smoke in the parking lot.
The victim went to extinguish his cigarette and as he did, the suspect punched the victim in the face causing him to fall to the ground and strike his head on the ground.
The suspect drove off in a dark coloured Acura MDX SUV.
