Missing some cash?
Nanaimo RCMP are looking to return a sum of money found earlier this month to its rightful owner.
According to police, the cash was discovered by a person out for a walk in early November near Lantzville Road. The individual contacted RCMP, and officers attended the scene to collect the money for safekeeping.
“If you’re wondering how much was found, let’s just say it’s more than $50 and less than $1,000,” said Reserve Constable Gary O’Brien of the Nanaimo RCMP.
