One of the city’s most vibrant cultural celebrations is back, and this time it’s happening at a brand new location!
The 4th annual One World Multicultural Festival is set to take over the grounds of the BC Legislature and Belleville Street on Saturday, May 17th, bringing attendees a full day of free family fun, food, and phenomenal live entertainment.
Hosted by Victoria legend Gordy Dodd and his team and the Greater Victoria Festival Society, this year’s event is dedicated to BC’s incredible Filipino community and the Victoria Filipino-Canadian Association.
Gordy’s One World Stage is set at “The Ledge,”, where a jam-packed lineup of performances is sure to keep the crowd buzzing all day long.
Returning fan favourites like the Ukrainian Veselka Dancers and Vancouver Island Bhangra will bring the heat, alongside electrifying appearances from Salsa Caliente Dance, powerhouse vocalist Diane Pancel, the Wong Sheung Kung Fu Club, and more!
But it’s not just about the music and dance—One World is a true celebration of community.
Come down for a day of international eats, local vendors, a bouncy castle for the kids, and cultural experiences you won’t find anywhere else in the city.
So bring the whole crew, soak in the sights and sounds, and help celebrate the diversity that makes Victoria shine.
This event is free to attend!
