Get ready, car enthusiasts!
Light ‘EmUp.TV has officially announced their lineup of rooftop shows happening at the Mayfair Shopping Centre, and it’s going to be huge!
After the overwhelming success of last year’s events, which brought together over 600 cars and thousands of spectators, this year promises to be even bigger and better.
The shows will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 25th, Saturday, July 12th, and Sunday, October 5th.
Mayfair will also display special cars right inside the mall a week prior to each show, so you’ll know when the event is coming up!
Whether you’re a fan of vintage beauties, classic rides, tuners, JDM, hot rods, lowriders, motorcycles, or supercars, there’s something for everyone.
When Light ‘EmUp.TV founder and organizer Michael Nicholson was asked what he loves most about these events, he said that it’s the coming together of both young and old car enthusiasts.
“From all different ages, from kids being able to sit in their favorite dream car to the seniors with their classics checking out new and modern vehicles built by the younger generation,” he told Victoria Buzz.
“It is the comradery, the smiles and excitement on the faces of people who are attending a car show for the 1st time. It’s about keeping our car community strong and alive. I get the most joy giving back to the community that gives so much.”
In addition to an unbelievable amount of vehicles, there will be other attractions for kids to take part in, including a Power Wheels contest with trophies for the top three power wheels, a Hot Wheels race with a cash prize, a kids playzone and more.
Plus, don’t forget to check out vendor lane, with over 20 automotive booths all showcasing various products, custom builds, merch and more.
