The second season of a popular BC series called Ghosting explores some of Canada’s most haunted locations, which will include an episode dedicated to one of Victoria’s most notoriously ghostly buildings.

The format of the show is an unscripted comedy that will see two hosts and a guest go through the haunted location to see if they think the haunting is legitimate by trying to make contact with any potential poltergeists.

The hosts are Luke Hutchie and Matt Finlan, who are known for their acting work within the horror genre.

Along with the Hutchie and Finlan, there will be eight guest-stars who tag along to some of the haunted locations with them, including:

  • Veronika Slowikowska (What We Do in the Shadows)
  • Joel Oulette (Trickster), Percy Hynes White (Wednesday)
  • Humberly Gonzáles (Tarot, Ginny & Georgia)
  • Krista Nazaire (The Hardy Boys)
  • Nikki Roumel (Ginny & Georgia)
  • Jordan Connor (Riverdale)
  • Priyanka (Canada’s Drag Race Winner)

“Taking Ghosting cross country has always been what we have envisioned for this show. Being able to showcase Canada in this new and exciting way, with an all star cast of Canadian talent has been such a fun yet terrifying ride that I cannot wait for audiences to enjoy,” said Luke Hutchie

The episode which takes place in Victoria sees Hutchie and Finlan, joined by Percy Hynes White of the critically acclaimed Wednesday, explore the famous Craigdarroch Castle.

The castle was constructed by wealthy coal baron Robert Dunsmuir and his wife Joan in 1890 and is said to be haunted by a young girl who is believed to be the spirit of Dunsmuir’s second daughter.

Whether the Craigdarroch Castle is haunted or not will be determined by the hosts and their guest in episode four of this second season of Ghosting.

Other episodes will explore allegedly haunted sites throughout BC, Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and the Yukon Territory.

Season two of Ghosting will premier on CBC and CBC Gem on March 21st.
