Ready your stomachs and taste buds, Victoria!

The District of North Saanich and Destination Greater Victoria are once again presenting the North Saanich Flavour Trails Festival—a community-focused event that celebrates all things local.

It will take place on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th, featuring a mix of over 18 vendors—taking visitors all over Saanich to explore the rich and delicious venues our farmers and creators have to offer!

This self-guided flavour tour presents local farmers, fishers, food producers, chefs, vintners, brewers, cider makers, and distillers.

Businesses and farms include Best Coast Distillers, Fickle Fig Farm Market, Pasture Perfect Lamb & Country Wool, Victoria Cider Co., Victoria Airport Authority Pollinator Garden and more!

All you have to do is take a look at the map (it includes the open hours for each location) and begin your adventure. The order in which you do everything is up to you.

Plus, McTavish Academy of Art is hosting a pancake breakfast on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. to kick off the weekend!

For all the pedalers out there, they’ve once again partnered with Capital Bike to bring you readily-available bike routes, so pump up your tires and let’s go!

This event is free to the public.
