W’Hoop It Up – Team Canada versus UCLA at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
Catch the Canadian Senior Women’s National Team take on the UCLA Bruins at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre!
This match will be a great test of strength for Team Canada as they prepare for Olympic pre-qualifying tournaments in the near future.
UCLA will be a tough opponent, coming off of a championship season in the NCAA.

Fembite, Small Pleasures, Savy and Concrete Vehicles at Eventide in Centennial Square
Eventide is back this week with Ready, Set, Sound presenting Fembite, Small Pleasures, Savy and Concrete Vehicles taking to the stage.
Under the moniker Ready, Set, Sound, Megan Harton curates diverse, inclusive and accessible concerts.
The project brings together a wide range of genres—from bluegrass to punk, drone to drag—creating events that prioritize harm reduction, safety and accessibility. Each show is a step toward building a stronger community and fostering a more equitable music scene in Victoria.
These free weekly concerts in Centennial Square are always a blast. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Flamenco Guitar Night at the Coda
Head down to the 11th edition of Flamenco Guitar Night at the Coda! This show will feature four of Victoria’s highly acclaimed flamenco guitarists: Gareth Owen, Iminah Kani, Juan de Marias and Jake Lee.
The talent in this group of flamenco guitarists is phenomenal, and you do not want to miss this concert!
Everyone is either just back from Andalucía, Spain, or just about to go there. This is your chance to relax and enjoy the finest of Spanish melodies and flamenco rhythms.
These four guitarists will be joined by three local flamenco singers.

Lowdown Brass Band with Blasé Blasé at the Capital Ballroom
Embodying the vibrant Chicago music culture, LowDown Brass Band is a one-of-a-kind horn ensemble weaving the rhythm of the streets with conscious hip hop, reggae and soul.
Rigorously touring, LowDown has performed on the most unique stages from Electric Forest, Bonnaroo, Summer Camp, Alaska’s Salmon Fest, Montreal Jazz Fest and a five week 2025 EU/UK tour with Australia’s Cat Empire.

Oaklands Sunset Market
The Oaklands Sunset Market is back for another nine weeks of summer fun!
