Starbucks welcomes 2026 with new recipes and returning fan favourites

Starbucks is kicking off 2026 with a refreshed menu that includes new sips, returning fan favourites, and a few trend-driven surprises.

First up—pistachio is back, serving up sweet yet balanced flavours. You’ll find the Pistachio Latte, along with fun variations including the new Pistachio Cortado, the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and the Pistachio Frappuccino.

For fans of their newly introduced protein drinks, you can now get them with a caramel twist!

Try their brand new Iced Brown Sugar Cream Protein Matcha for a tasty combination of earthy matcha and brown sugar-flavoured protein foam, or the Caramel Protein Matcha for unsweetened matcha, protein-boosted milk, and caramel syrup.

If you’re up on the trends, you’ll want to try the new Iced Dubai Chocolate matcha—a delicious mixture of unsweetened matcha pistachio sauce, milk and ice finished with chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping.

Not a matcha fan? No worries! You can still try Starbucks’ take on the viral Dubai chocolate with the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, made with Espresso Roast instead of matcha.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, the beloved ​​Valentine Cake Pop and Heart Cookie are returning to the pastry case.

Whether you’re team matcha or coffee, Starbucks’ 2026 menu has something worth sipping on this season.
