Monday has gotten off to a bright and sunny start for most of Greater Victoria this week, though the temperature is still very autumnal.
According to Environment Canada, this week won’t be all sun and clear skies, as the forecast calls for rain and showers for most of the week.
On Monday, November 10th, the early morning hours began with some drizzles before the clouds cleared and revealed the sun. The rest of the day is expected to stay clear through the daytime and evening with the high being around 14°C and the low reaching down to 6°C.
On Tuesday, which is also Remembrance Day, the morning will begin with some sun in the region, but clouds are expected to roll in by the afternoon. The daily high is predicted to be around 11°C, and the overnight low will remain around 6°C.
Then the week’s rain will begin on Wednesday. Environment Canada is calling for a 60% chance of showers throughout the day, and carrying into the evening. The predicted high will be 10°C and the low will drop down to just 9°C.
Following Wednesday, there is rain in every day’s forecast, right through until Sunday. Daily highs will range from 9°C to 12°C, while overnight lows will be around 6°C or 7°C.
