The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU) is investigating into a suspicious death in the Royal Oak area Tueday.
At around 5 a.m. on September 9th, Saanich Police responded to a call about a well-being check and discovered a deceased adult man.
Police confirmed that another adult male is in custody related to the case.
While invesitgators are still working on it, police say there is no ongoing risk to the public.
