VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 65-year-old man, Oscar, who police describe as “high-risk.”
Police say his vehicle has been parked in the day-use area of Goldstream Provincial Park since June 11th, and he was reported missing on June 19th.
Oscar is described as standing at 5’8” tall, with a medium build, light complexion, hazel eyes and shoulder-length grey hair.
