Two Vancouver Island homes were the subject of a search warrant as the search continues for a missing 30-year-old man.
Kolby Sinclair was reported missing on March 22nd, after failing to keep in touch with family—something loved ones say is completely out of character for him.
He was last believed to have been seen on March 8th.
At the beginning of May, the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU) took over the investigations from Campbell River RCMP once his disappearance was deemed suspicious.
Their efforts to locate him are ongoing.

According to a recent update, VIIMCU investigators executed two search warrants on May 20th, at a rural property in Black Creek and at a property on the We Wai Kai First Nation in relation to this investigation.
In the original release, Campbell River RCMP described Sinclair as a Caucasian man, 5’7″ tall, weighing 194 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Details are said to be limited at this time, and police are still asking anyone with information to contact VIIMCU at 250-380-6161.
