Get ready, Victoria—Canadian rock legend Bryan Adams is heading our way later this year.
The “Summer of ’69” singer has just announced his massive Roll With The Punches Tour across North America, marking his biggest run in years.
The 40-date arena tour kicks off September 11th in Kamloops and includes a stop at Victoria’s Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on Saturday, September 13th.
Fans can expect all the classics, some deep cuts, and a few new tracks from his upcoming 17th studio album, Roll With The Punches, which is set to drop later this summer.
“I’m so thrilled to be announcing the North American leg of the Roll With The Punches Tour,” Adams said. “We’ll be playing all the classics, some deep cuts, and sharing some brand-new tracks from the forthcoming album.”
Joining Adams on the Canadian dates are Saskatchewan rockers The Sheepdogs, except for shows in Calgary and Kelowna, where Amanda Marshall will step in as the opener. For the US leg, Adams will be joined by rock icons Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo.
Tickets for Canadian shows go on AMEX presale Tuesday, April 29th at 10 a.m. local time. The general onsale begins at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 2nd.
The Roll With The Punches Tour has already made stops in New Zealand and Australia and will head to the UK and Europe this summer before arriving in Canada.
The album’s first two singles—the title track and Make Up Your Mind—have already found success overseas.
With a career spanning over four decades, Bryan Adams continues to fill arenas worldwide thanks to his timeless hits like Heaven, (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, and Run to You.
