Several vehicles were left with significant damage following a multi-vehicle collision in a busy Saanich parking lot over the weekend.
Just before 1 p.m. on Saturday, Saanich Police responded to a crash involving multiple parked cars in the Save-On-Foods lot located at 3510 Blanshard Street.

“There were no injuries as a result of this incident,” a spokesperson for Saanich Police told Victoria Buzz in an email.
While the exact cause of the crash remains under investigation, police say it appears a single driver struck a series of parked vehicles.
Witnesses at the scene said the driver responsible claimed their foot became stuck on the gas pedal.
Photos from the scene show debris scattered throughout the lot, with at least five vehicles visibly damaged.
Police have not announced any charges at this time, but continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
