The RCMP confirmed that the 34-year-old man, Matthew St. James, who was reported missing on February 28th has been located, and is safe and sound.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 34-year-old man.
According to police, Matthew St. James was last seen on February 23rd and was reported missing on February 28th.
He’s described as a Caucasian man, standing at 5’11” tall, weighing 181 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police are said to be concerned for St. James’ health and well-being.
