The Oak Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Spencer, a 35-year-old resident who was reported missing earlier this week.
Spencer was last seen in the West Shore area on December 28th. He is described as standing 6’4” tall, weighing approximately 240 pounds, with an athletic build, black hair, and hazel eyes.
Police say he may be accompanied by his French bulldog, Mango.
Both the Oak Bay Police Department and Spencer’s family are deeply concerned for his wellbeing.
