West Shore RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a teenage girl who was reported missing on November 18th.
16-year-old Leily Foell was last seen at around 7 p.m. on the day she was reported missing near the Galloping Goose trail close to Victoria General Hospital.
She was on foot at the time and has not been heard from since.
Police describe Leily as having light skin, standing 5’6” tall, and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has dark brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black boots.
Police are concerned for her health and well-being. They say despite following up on several leads, Leily’s whereabouts remain unknown.
