This Saturday, one lucky hockey fan at the Victoria Grizzlies game will win a free month of living, just for showing up to the game.
Whoever the lucky winner is will have their rent or mortgage paid for the whole month of November.
On Saturday, October 26th, the puck drops at 5 p.m. against the Langley Rivermen at the Q Centre and this prize of a free month’s rent or mortgage payment is being put on by Auxilium Mortgage, a Langford-based mortgage group.
To win, individuals have to sign up online through the Grizzlies’ website and be in attendance at Saturday evening’s game.
“We wanted to do something that would grab the community’s attention,” said president David Michaud.
“We know life is expensive right now and we thought partnering with Auxillium Mortgage for a night would add to the excitement of a Grizzlies game. We know people in the Westshore love hockey, so come out on Saturday night, enjoy a game, and hopefully leave with your mortgage/rent paid.”
