Welcome to our first full week of June!
As can be expected at this point in the tourist season, there are plenty of cruise ships expected to dock at our beautiful city’s Ogden Point Terminal this week.
In fact, a total of 13 cruise ships carrying nearly 37,500 passengers will arrive, allowing the excited cruise-goers the chance to explore what Victoria has to offer—it looks like they’ll get some good weather too!
This week’s ships kicked off with Carnival Spirit on Monday, June 3rd at 8 p.m., with 2,124 people on board.
Close behind, Carnival Luminosa will dock on Wednesday, June 5th at 8 p.m. and bring us 2,260 eager visitors.
Both of these ships are operated by the Carnival Cruise Line, offering a number of exciting destinations with cruises ranging from two to five days!
The cruise ships to follow are as such:
- Thursday, June 6th at 5 p.m.: Ovation of the Seas with 4,180 passengers.
- Thursday, June 6th at 5:30 p.m.: Celebrity Edge with 2,918 passengers
- Thursday, June 6th at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Sun with 1,936 passengers
- Friday, June 7th at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Bliss with 4,250 passengers
- Friday, June 7th at 8 p.m.: Eurodam with 2,104 passengers
- Friday, June 7th at 9 p.m.: Discovery Princess with 3,360 passengers
- Saturday, June 8th at 7 p.m.: Majestic Princess with 3,560 passengers
- Saturday, June 8th at 7:30 p.m.: Norwegian Encore with 3,998 passengers
- Saturday, June 8th at 8 p.m.: Westerdam with 1,840 passengers
- Sunday, June 9th at 1 p.m.: Regatta with 684 passengers
- Sunday, June 9th at 5 p.m.: Quantum of the Seas with 4,180 passengers
