If you’re looking to dance, Quadratic Sound is now hosting bi-weekly Sunset Sessions throughout the summer that highlight emerging and diverse perspectives in the music scene!

James Bay Community Picnic
The beloved James Bay Community Picnic event is back for another year, so gather your loved ones and participate in the fun!
As always, there will be a silent auction fundraiser for the James Bay Community School Centre, and you can view the items here.
There will also be a collection of entertainment, food cooked up by the James Bay Athletics Association, bouncy castles, face painting, games, 50/50 raffle and more!

Oak Bay Village Night Market
Welcome to the inaugural Oak Bay Village Night Market of the season—occurring once an month until September!
There are nearly 100 vendors expected to be in attendance, including some returning favourites and a selection of new ones.
There will also be a couple of food trucks, live music, family activities, and more!

Pride in the Park
It’s the third annual Saanich Pride in the Park event, and you’re invited!
Hosted in collaboration with Intrepid Theatre, there will be plenty of entertainment, games, activities, info booths and more to check out. Plus, enjoy a variety of food trucks if you’re looking for a snack or meal!
The celebration will wrap up with a DJ and dance party, so strut your pride colours and let’s celebrate together.
This family-friendly event is free to attend!

Victoria Track Classic
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to see some incredible up-and-coming and professional athletes in their element!
Attendees will get the chance to see local legends such as Debbie Scott, Dave Campbell and Angela Chalmers.
Since the Track Classic’s inauguration in 1988, the event has hosted many Olympic, Paralympic and future international stars on their way to their running success.
General adult admission is $15 and can be purchased here.

Sunset Sessions at Quadratic Sound
Sunset Sessions is a bi-weekly electronic music event series that will be running throughout the summer at Quadratic Sound!
It’s the perfect platform for both emerging and seasoned artists, and they hope to focus on uplifting fresh and diverse perspectives in the scene.
This first episode will feature liquid drum and bass and rhythmically driven dance music!
Tickets are on a sliding scale, starting at $15 at the door. Plus, there’s a $5 membership fee for non-members.
