New 440-unit development to break ground in Langford

Ledcor Property Development and the City of Langford have just announced their plans to break ground on Belmont Residences – a new 24-acre, 440-unit multi-phase development – on March 1st.

This new neighbourhood will not only provide more housing options, but also encompass a whole community, with commercial facilities like a landmark Thrifty Foods spanning 52,700 square feet.

Located in the heart of West Shore (Jenkins Avenue and Division Avenue, Langford) Belmont Residences will be surrounded by practical services as well as parks and recreational amenities.
