A dash cam owner has captured the moment two cars collide in a huge smash at a busy Duncan intersection on Wednesday.
The video uploaded to YouTube shows a car travelling southbound on Highway 1. The vehicle entered the intersection during a yellow light when a truck traveling northbound turned left, directly in front of the car.
Both drivers were uninjured.
So whose fault was it?
