Annual Marine Yard Sale Sails into North Saanich to Support Junior Boaters
NORTH SAANICH, BC – June 6, 2026 – The Sidney North Saanich Yacht Club (SNSYC) is throwing open its gates to bargain hunters, boating enthusiasts, and community members for its annual Marine Yard Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, June 13, 2026.Running from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1949 Marina Way, the event offers a massive selection of gently used marine gear, boat hardware, sails, rigging, safety equipment, and fishing tackle. Admission to the venue is free, and there is ample parking available on-site for all attendees.
Beyond the boat treasures, visitors can enjoy a lively community atmosphere with food and drinks available for purchase throughout the afternoon. Excitement will build every hour with live 50/50 raffle draws, giving guests multiple chances to win cash prizes.
Every dollar raised from gear sales, concessions, and raffle tickets goes directly to the SNSYC Junior Sailing Program. These funds are vital for upgrading training equipment, maintaining the youth fleet, and keeping sailing programs accessible and affordable for local youth.”
